New exercise plan

At the school I work at we offer a program called Girls on the Run. My niece is doing it this season so I have decided to go and help. Let me tell you on Tuesdays and Thursdays I get the workout of my life!! Biggest Loser needs to incorporate these kinds of things! The girls are in better shape than I am. I am supposed to be there to encourage them and I think that they encourage me more!! :) 


There is a 5K fun run in May that we are training  for with GOTR so in May I will be running/walking a 5K in Forrest Park!! Wish me luck as of today it seems like an unattainable goal!
